The many photos in my gallery are not meant to show how bad wounds from open healing can look – quite the opposite! They are here to inspire courage and hope. These pictures demonstrate that (even large) wounds can fully heal.

At the same time, they are meant to encourage you not to feel ashamed of the condition or the wounds. There’s no reason to develop fear. Every healing process is unique, and these images are proof that there is always a way forward!
